Delete your account
How to delete your account in Raw, the app by 1% Labs (1PERCENTLAB SOLUTIONS LTD), and everything that goes with it. You can do it in the app in a few taps, or ask us by email.

In the app
- Open Raw and go to the You tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete for good.
Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out. This can't be undone. It works for trial accounts too, before you've added an email.
By email
If you can't use the app, email hello@1percentlabs.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Raw account". We'll check the account is yours, delete it within 30 days, and reply when it's done.
What's deleted
Everything linked to your account, from our database, straight away:
- your email address and sign-in;
- your display name, birth year and time zone;
- your answers, scores, skill and battle ratings, streaks, XP, badges and daily goals;
- your league places, friendships, invite codes and nudges;
- your battles and duels (a duel you were in is removed for the other player too);
- your settings, notification choices and devices, including push tokens.
What's kept, and for how long
- Reports you made, without your name, so moderation records stay complete.
- Statistics about questions (how often they're answered right, how long they take), which don't identify anyone.
- Records of what our staff did, such as moderation decisions.
- Copies in backups, which are kept for 30 days: deleted data can stay in them for up to 30 days before it's gone for good.
- Sign-in and server logs, which our providers keep for a limited time for security, then delete.
Subscriptions
Raw has no paid subscription yet. When Raw+ launches, deleting your account won't cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
