Email hello@1percentlabs.com. To help us help you quickly, include:

  • your display name in Raw, and write from the email you sign in with;
  • your phone and the app version (it's at the bottom of You, then Settings);
  • what happened, and roughly when.

Never send us a sign-in code. We'll never ask for one. Sign-in codes come from raw@1percentlabs.com, which doesn't receive replies: write to hello@1percentlabs.com instead.

For a safety concern, see reporting. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

Signing in

I didn't get a sign-in code

Look for an email from raw@1percentlabs.com, and check your spam or promotions folder and that the email address is right. Codes are 6 digits and work for 10 minutes. You can ask for a new one after 60 seconds.

I can't find my account on a new phone

On the first screen, choose "I already have an account" and sign in with the same email. Starting the test again makes a new account instead.

Does Raw have a password?

No. You sign in with a code sent to your email each time you sign in on a device, and you stay signed in until you sign out.

Marks and rankings

I think my answer was marked wrong by mistake

Report the question from the result screen and pick "wrong" or "unclear", with a note if you like. Written answers are marked by an AI, which can get it wrong; a person reviews reported questions.

Why does my answer say "unranked"?

Because it broke a Raw mode rule. The result says which:

  • relaxed mode: you were playing without the clock;
  • offline: the answer was made without a connection;
  • pasted: a paste was tried during the card;
  • left the app: the app was in the background during the card;
  • over time: the answer came in after the time limit.

An unranked answer still counts for your streak and XP. It just doesn't count for leagues.

Streaks

What keeps my streak going?

Finish today's set, or answer 5 practice cards. A day in Raw runs from 3am to 3am where you are, so a late night still counts for the day before.

My streak broke

Streak freezes, which you earn as your streak grows, cover a missed day. Without one, a missed day ends the streak. If you think it broke because of a problem on our side, email us with the date.

Friends and battles

How do I add a friend?

In You, then Friends, share your invite link or code. To add someone, use "Add a friend" and type their code or paste their link. Only add people you know: there's no search, on purpose.

An invite link didn't open the app

Make sure Raw is installed, then open the link again. Or copy the code from the invite page and add it in Friends. Codes expire after a while; if one doesn't work, ask your friend to share their link again.

Battles say nobody's around

Quick match looks for someone near your level. If nobody's there, a ghost may play you instead (always labelled), or you can try again in a minute.

Settings and notifications

Theme, text size, sounds, haptics, reduce motion and your character are in You, then Personalise. Notifications, quiet hours and Raw mode are in You, then Settings. You can also turn notifications off in your phone's settings.
